MariaDBが壊れた
MariaDBの設定でドハマリしてしまった時、手当たり次第に設定を弄って何度もMariaDBを破壊してしまいERROR 1524 (HY000): Plugin 'unix_socket' is not loadedなどのエラーが出てログインできなくなったりしました。
それに再インストールをしようとして途中でコケてしまい出来ずなくなくOSごと入れなおす･･･
これもドハマリしてしまった理由でもあります。
素晴らしい記事を見つけた
だいぶ後になってからこんな記事を見つけました。
これならOSを入れなおす必要もないですね、という事で簡単にコマンドの部分だけを抜粋して紹介
削除コマンド

とは「１、 MariaDB+phpMyAdminでデータベースを構築する（インストール編）」で紹介しているようにもう一度セットアップをすれば元通りです。（データベース内のデータは消えますけど･･･）
